Sizing difference?

So I coach for team Indiana, and we get these polos with our team gear. And I always get a size Large. But for some reason this large fits much bigger than the large we got with team Indiana. This also happened with the last sweatshirt I ordered from here. I have the same exact type of sweatshirt from a school order with roncalli wrestling. But I ordered the same size in another color from you guys and the one I ordered was much much bigger
