I’m on my second month of drinking this tea collection and I am really enjoying it! It tastes GREAT and it’s helping me make time and space for my cycle. It’s so helpful to have a ritual that keeps me in the loop with my body. I’m finding myself making time to consider where I’m at in my cycle and what I can be doing to support it, on top of the botanicals and herbs included in the tea. As a mom of a 6 and 4 year old, that doesn’t happen normally! Month 2 and I do feel a noticeable difference in my body.
