This book is very helpful, especially if you’re new or not very experienced with cooking on a griddle. He tells you what the griddle temp and internal food temps should be. I’ve made great food thanks to this guide!

The recipes were very good, but the PDF is not searchable because it seems like just a lot of photos scanned in to create the PDF. So not very easy to navigate.
