I got a strap that broke and contacted the company to let them know they’re very kind a loving a sent me a replacement strap. 10/10 experience

The color is very brass heavy instead of gold. The return orocess for another band has been quite cumbersome. While customer service has been great, the back and forth required to get an item returned will prevent me from ever buying again or recommending to others.

Love it. Dainty strap.
