OK build quality 3D printed, hope they sound good since no on/off button poor quality control

Placed an order for several things and shipping took about 2 weeks. Received the order and my fender speakers didn't come with the on/off switch. This must tell me their quality control isn't too good. Also, didn't receive one of my mounts for my cup holder.
