I meant to review these a long time ago but i dont recommend these as theres no padding, the fabric is thin, and the straps arent adjustable, they fall off my shoulders very easily.

Absolutely perfect! I am 5 feet 3 inches tall, 120 pounds, an “athletic” build but 40 years and a mom of 2, so take that loosly! I purchased the XS and they fit beautifully. The straps sit far out on your shoulders, like a more traditional bra. If you typically lengthen your bra straps, or have a long torso, maybe size up. Thank you so much for an amazing, healthy product!
