Misleading product - this ain't linen

Despite the use of the word "linen" the product description (and an additional time on the packaging of this item) there is zero linen in this skirt. As of April 2026 it seems they have changed their fabric but have left the same, misleading information on their website. I have an older version in green that I love which is 100% linen (says so on the label.) I ordered this with the rose colored skirt (also falsely claiming to be linen) and could tell as soon as I opened it just from the feel of the fabric that this is not linen. The fiber content in the product description claims to be 55% linen/45% content. The label (which is hidden away inside under where the pockets lay, nowhere near their brand tag in the back of the waistband; you have to hunt to find it) says 100% rayon. In my opinion $64 is a high price point for rayon. I realize production and supply issues might cause you to change your product, but accurately reflect that in your description. There are people out there to whom fiber content actually matters. Aside from this issue the skirt is lovely, flattering and well designed. I asked for a refund because it isn't what they claimed it to be, nor what I wanted. Their policy is to charge a 5% restocking fee on returns. When I complained about having to pay this despite their false information they waived the fee for me. I'm still out the $20 I had to pay for return postage. I want to continue supporting this company and have a few of their other products, however after this I no longer trust the brand.

I really like this skirt. I had ended up ordering a size smaller than what I initially intended to order (the 3x was out of stock) but the 2x still fits just fine. It’s very nicely made and even though it’s a little tight going over my hips I can still comfortably wear it so I’m not worried about it at all. I’m very excited to wear it as part of my outfit for the ren faire. Plus it has pockets which is always a huge bonus for me.
