Review: Jade Bag Purchase Very disappointed with my purchase. The bag quality is poor and feels cheap, nothing like what was advertised. The company presents itself as Australian, but the product is actually shipped from China. Delivery was also misleading — the company promised arrival by a certain date, but the bag arrived about 10 days late. To make matters worse, returning the item is unrealistic because the return shipping costs are extremely expensive, making it not worth sending back. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not purchase from this company again.
