Ordered two silk bagliners , custom size. Both came in the wrong size also one in the wriong colour

Nice quality. Not at all the right dimensions or style I selected. Paid a premium for custom size and provided dimensions, but this insert is way too small. Disappointed. The only thing thats correct is the color.
