Spring Bloom Dress

I purchased a dress from your company and I really liked it, but unfortunately the size I received is too small and does not fit me. I contacted your company to request a return and exchange for a different size, but I have not received any response. I have been waiting for over more than two weeks and nobody has replied to my emails or provided return instructions. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible so I can return the dress and receive the correct size.
