Maui Gold® Pineapple - 25 lb Case

Delicious but they were all very ripe & needed to be eaten immediately. I would have loved a few that were less ripe so that I could have enjoyed them longer instead of eating them all in 3 days, and even then, a couple had brown mushy over ripe spots inside.

I never liked pineapple growing up. Of course, all I'd ever had was the stuff from cans. A waiter on Maui pressured me into trying the slice on my drink, and I was hooked! He told me, "That's Maui Pineapple."

Maui gold pineapples are picked ready to eat from the fields along Haleakala volcano. They are shipped fresh and arrive ready to eat. These pineapples reminded me when I lived on Maui and would go to the plantation to get fresh pineapples. They are sweet and delicious.
