I never thought as a photographer that I would ever need to purchase a RAW image contract, but I'm so glad I did. I was hesitant at first because I wanted to make sure all of my bases were covered, especially when it came to protecting my business, my reputation, and my images. This contract did exactly that and more. I ended up adding a few clauses that were specific to my own business policies, but the contract itself was incredibly thorough and well thought out. It gave me peace of mind knowing I have clear expectations and protections in place should I ever need to provide RAW images to a client.
