Zola - 3% Oxidizing Agent, 30ml

I am very disappointed with this seller. I paid the full amount shown at checkout, including shipping. At no point was I informed that I would have to pay an additional $163 for delivery. I only found out after the package was shipped, when the carrier demanded the extra payment. Because this hidden fee was never disclosed, I had to refuse the package. Had I known about this charge beforehand, I would never have placed the order. This lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable. Customers should know the total cost before paying. I expect a full refund and cannot recommend this seller due to these undisclosed charges.
