Hooked Hoodie

Product looks bothing like the fit or fabric in the photos. Sizing is very off- almost like children sizes. Product has no tags/no descriptions of fabric used, but it feels itchy and cheap. Color is off. Website says easy returns- but they emailed me and stated they do not take any returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered an adult 3XL , but received a child sized hoodie of questionable quality. When i reached out to Naturo, for a refund, they said they have a clearly stated no refund policy and didn’t even offer to send the correct size ordered. This was clearly their mistake and they aren’t standing behind their company and doing anything to make it right. Im very disturbed by this!
