G Screen for Gen 3 Dual Battery Systems

Have had the unit less then a month. Two times by Crank battery showed 7.7 or 7.5 on screen. By jeep would not start... Howerver the screen showed Aux Battery 12.7 or 17.9. So scrolled to boost and the screen completely goes blank on the unit. Cannot start vehicle. I open hood on the Gen 3 dual battery system (purchased 5/1/26) and flip switch and Jeep does start right up using the Manual swich on the system. Tell me the gen 3 screen is completly useless since you have to get out to manually boost. Why pay 299.00 for a useless screen that does not function as it should.

While the product is exemplary, install instructions for other than base models is lacking. With a manual trans the routing suggestion for cabling is not possible and the location for the module on a model equipped with the adaptive cruise and active braking is also not possible. This caused me quite a lot of frustration, a shorted unit and the purchase of a secondary unit. While I love the functionality and did find a path forward, I’m quite upset I had to buy the unit twice.
