I was running out of my main colour yarn for a big stranded project. The shop where I had originally purchased the yarn had no more stock in the right dye lot. I decided to try other suppliers and to my delight GBY had three balls which I ordered immediately. They came two days later, well packaged with a lovely note from the owner. A big stroke of luck, especially as they were only the second place I contacted, and excellent service.
