Belfast Doodle Dander Artist Tea Towel

Tea towel is of good quality, however, I had ordered this in September for my son to bring this as part of a gift during his school trip to Japan. The owner contacted me to say that there was a delay in delivery, I said this was OK as long as I received in early October in time for my sons trip. This didn't happen, I had to order something else with express delivery. I contacted to request a refund and I did not receive a response to this email. The item was delivered within the last 2 weeks.
