Mobile Table Saw Cart Plans - Imperial AND Metric

Excellent solution for my shop

I was really excited to see both this and the miter saw stand. My problem is that, at 73, I’ve lost a lot of my muscle strength and can no longer haul around 4’x8’ sheets of 3/4” plywood. The solution was to have the lumber yard cut the sheets in half lengthwise and redo the cut sheet. This was possible since no part is wider than 24”, and I ended up with two sheets around 24-1/4” (approx) and two 23-7/8” wide. I’m spending the day happily cutting out the pieces to the stand and will start putting it together tomorrow.

Easy, well-laid-out plans. My first time using plans from this website. I needed to do a little additional math to fit a different table saw, but it was still easy. Great final product.

The plans for this table saw cart are precise and easy to follow. I believe between the plans and video will enable me to complete this project without any issues!
