Louis Vuitton Imagination

I purchased a 5ml but received a 3ml that was leaking everywhere upon arrival. I sent two emails and heard nothing, so I ended up leaving a review on here. The team was able to reach out to me and gave me a replacement for the mistake after seeing my review. It turns out that my emails went to their junk mail so they never got them. They tried to make things right, so i reinstated the review to 4 stars.

Less than half the bottle was filled when delivered. No visible cracks but the bottle was wet so I'm assuming it wasn't sealed properly. Smelt amazing, but literally a minuscule amount of cologne.
