Poor quality

Arrived packed poorly in a plastic Jiffy bag with minimal wrapping meaning one of the bottom corners was scuffed and the dark colouring had begun rubbing away from areas. The diamantés on the handle were misshapen and lose in areas too. I returned the handbag as not the quality I expected, my first purchase from Morgan and Taylor and has put me off buying other items.
