Vespera Eyeshadow Palette

This is a GORGEOUS palette! I did have an issue that a few shades were damaged in transit. But I learned that Klarity Kosmetics has fantastic customer service. They immediately took care of the me! Whew! They SAVED me as this was a gift for my daughter. I cannot stress enough that this is a company that cares. I will DEFINITELY be buying from them again. A+ service. Thank you Klarity!!

Quality is fantastic but at this price point I expected a bit more from the shimmers. I don't need all of them to be super intense multi-chromes. I do expect a couple of them to be a bit more impactful. They're still very smooth and easy to use with minimal fall out. The mattes are good, not amazing. The color payoff is there, they're buildable, but maybe not the most distinct. Some of the shades look too similar when applied.

I finally received my ordered. it's disappointing the eyeshadow is broken. I was looking forward to this 😢 palette. I can't give my niece this eyeshadow palette for palette. Now I have figure out what I'm going to do
