Fine shop but the gift card process isn’t great
The process for making sure the recipient of a gift card gets the information they need to actually use the card is not great. If I hadn’t been with my goddaughter during the purchase, she wouldn’t have been able to use it. I was able to pull the barcode up on my phone and take a screenshot to send it to her. I think there should be an attachment or a separate document that is clearly marked as the gift card receipt for use. Love the store, but I think the process for giving gift cards can be improved.
