I read that i should order a size up, should have been 3 sizes up which i dont think is available. I knew us americans were bigger but i didnt think by THAT much lol. Cost of shipping and tarrifs to exchange aren't ideal so I'll just hang onto them. Unfortunately even if i lost weight around my waist to get into them the length is quite short. Im 6' tall and 245lbs. Still love the band tho and will continue to support where i can
