Zafu Meditation Cushion

This is the most perfect meditation cushion I've used. It's firm enough to help maintain my posture, but gives enough to mold to my body. It's equally good when sitting or kneeling on it.

Been looking for a zafu to replace one I had lost. I have used this cushion daily while do my meditation and chakra clearing exercises. It is very comfortable to sit on for long periods and actually seems to put my spine in alignment. I like the fact I can also take or put in the filling for comfort. Would recommend this product for those of you looking for great quality product.
