Valentine’s Day orders

Although I didn’t have the best experience on Valentine’s Day due to the extremely high volume of orders, what truly mattered was how the situation was handled. I was provided with a full refund since I wasn’t satisfied with my order. Additionally, they even reached out and offered to replace the flowers at no cost. Mistakes can happen, especially during busy times, but the way a business handles those mistakes is what truly sets them apart from others.
