Ive been taking it for 3 weeks now. I noticed a difference in shedding, especially in the shower. My nails are stronger as well. Too soon to notice hair growth though. The only thing I dislike is the taste. Its very strong, and I've tried mixing it with different things. But I'm willing to deal with it for the outcome.
