I was using another brand of MSM for years and had very little results…I then switched to CP Mane Max MSM from day one of release and quickly saw the benefits from this product, finger nails are literally hard as nails and my hair showed growth…I just mix a scoop with approximately 2oz of orange juice, daily, and go about my day.

Love this MSM. It is very fine and mixes well with orange or cranberry juice. My joints feel great; nails and hair growing. Just remember to drink plenty of water with it. I also added some to my scalp oil mixture.
