Triple Pavé Twisted Band Ring

I never received the package, if you look at the track and you can see it made it to Cincinnati, Ohio on August 1 and it has been sitting in Cincinnati ever since and I cannot get the post office to figure out why this package was never delivered. They in fact told me to file a claim with you guys so I would like information on how to file a claim. How do I get a refund? I’ve never received my merchandise that I have paid for this should’ve been delivered August 3 I have never received it. It is stuck at the USPS in Cincinnati, Ohio or Chicago wherever but either send me my merchandise or refund my money promptly thank you

I love it. It’s big, its gaudy, which I love. Yes, the center stone is set a little low but when looking at it from above you cant tell. This one runs big. I got a 9 and its super loose. Im going to buy one in gold!!!
