This year I switched to a saddle with the 4 Novix mini sticks and aiders to get about 22’. The way I climb the first stick goes on the tree, I attach the 2nd stick verse strap to the top step of stick one. Then sticks 3 and 4 each go in a caddy on the right and left sides of my saddle. Previously I was using paracord which worked well, but would frequently snag. My first climb up with the caddies I ended up getting a nice buck that was bedded super close nearby
