Haven't Received Items

I have yet to receive the items. Tracking says the product is still waiting to be picked up from the warehouse. It has been over a month and a bit. I reached out many times to customer service, they said they would look into it, they did, had the warehouse confirm everything was in order yet we are still on the same boat as before. Reached out again with no reply. I am loosing trust in the capabilities of their service. Thank you

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he loved it! He mentioned how he thought it was thicker, meaning better quality than other mugs so hopefully it will be sturdy and last!
