& Ave- Cowl Neck- Lavender Rose

This sweater was much smaller than a previous ampersand i bought a year and a half ago. I bought a size medium. I could not exchange it as there was no size large so returned it to the store at a cost of $21. I did this on May 15. I have not heard back despite writing you 2 weeks sgo.
