The rose was small, roots securely wrapped in 2 layers of plastic wrap & moist (it only traveled a few miles), but it is green, with some leaves, appears healthy. I appreciate that Highgarden carries some discontinued/hard-to-find roses & I'll order from here again for those roses, but for what I get, Heirloom Roses will continue to be my go-to place.
