Refreshing Summer

No top coat

I did not like this set of nails. The quality did not match up to what I thought they would be. It appears there wasn’t any top coat put on the nails and I sent two emails to the company regarding this issue and never got a response. Unfortunately that has made me think about whether I will order from this company again or not.
