Fantastic product for deep pimples/cysts caused by working in the heat

I’m always in heat, so I’m sweaty, and I breakout sometimes where my glasses sit on my face. Sometimes pimples turn into deep ones because of that. This product is AMAZING! I also like mixing it w Boil Eaze because of the thymol ingredient in it, but it also has some pain reliever too. I dont need to mix the products because each works great, but together, they work synergistically. I only mix them for overnight and apply a little band-aid to keep everything there while I sleep. I will say that I almost didnt order this product because salicylic acid usually has the opposite effect on me - causes pimples to get worse. This product surprised me. It works fantastically. If I ever stop working in heat and being sweaty, this problem will probably stop, but in the meantime - I will always have this item ready! Some other points: -I applied morning (by itself) and night (with boil eaze and a bandaid). It was never drying. -This product never burned my skin. Instead, it felt relief and calm. -I didnt notice any scent to it. -I used a qtip to dip in the bottle and apply. -I dont have dry or oily skin. My skin is pretty neutral, but always in heat so I sweat a lot. -I’m in the sun too, and this product didnt cause any issues in the sun. I never wear sunscreen or products with sunscreen/oils in lotions that act like sunscreen. -My skin is probably getting into mature skin. Mid-40s. Hope this helps someone else out! Buy it and try it. It’s worth the money.
