Let's start out by saying that this charger was straightforward to use with my Watt Cycle battery and complete the initial charging process. For this use, the charger may have been overkill, but where it shines is allowing me the freedom charge the battery isolated from the rest of the RV when in storage. I do not need to worry about dead batteries anymore when the RV is in storage and I can easily put enough power to the battery if I want it topped off and then let the DC2DC charger work to bring the battery for full charge when driving with the alternator. The other reason I bought this charger was to have a backup system for the house batteries if my inverter/charger went out and I needed to get the battery charged when on shore/gen power as a temp solution.

Worked as expected

Used it to do the initial as well as a second charge on new WC battery. Worked great and shuts itself down when complete. Thing I do not know at this point is if it supports the 0 volt "wake up" of one that reaches max discharge and shuts down to protect the battery.
