It's a well laid out chair. It's very well put together the castors could be a little bit nicer. But other than that, like the design quality is top-notch. You guys are using great 8 bolts for everything. The leather is nice. Everything is powder coated.There's no chips, no scratches, no nothing like you guys make an excellent product and most importantly, you guys are in wisconsin, where i'm from.So that's even better

I was needing a new chair and saw plenty of advertisements on Youtube and Facebook for it. I was a little skeptical due to the price as to if it was worth it, but the fact that it is made in the USA and was good quality parts when it showed up really put my mind at ease. The install was easy when following the qr code youtube install video instructions. Safe to say I am a fan of this chair now that I have actually sat in it and look forward to not needing to replace it for a long, long time.

Bought it for my dad for fathers day he threw his old chair out after siting in the viper chair for 30 seconds
