Aura Recorder

I am very disappointed by this recorder. I waited two months for it, and the mouthpiece is defective. The inner part of the mouthpiece is not properly fitted, and is not flush with the rest of the mouthpiece. When I emailed to ask for a replacement, I did not receive a reply.

Great service and product was in good condition!
