Flower Box “Soft Grace” - ranunculuses, roses

I noticed that delivery should be directly to person -but nobody called to receiver and flowers were left near the door and finally somebody took them. It took time to investigate and find the flowers for my receiver. It’s a lie that courier called to her - nobody called her during a day. I was disappointed. For such price 260$ and 60$ from them for delivery so bad service.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement online expecting that it would look somewhat similar to the photo on the website. Not only was it exactly like the photo but even more beautiful and made my friend's sad time a bit brighter. They also delivered it the same day even tho I ordered at around noon time. They kept me updated up until the time it was delivered. They are pricier than most flowers shops but they are worth it.
