This Smells Like a Date with Heath Ledger Candle

Product is as expected, but I paid for faster shipping and it came over a week later. I asked for a refund/cancellation when I saw it hadnt even started being processed and would miss the day i needed it by. The response was that it was going to be made that day. I again asked for a refund and then they said that because it was now in process (AFTER my first email requesting a refund), the policy is no refunds. Very disappointed with service.
