Easy to use, very audible playback. Excited to give these to my kids to start creating with. What are the stickers for?

I want to return the tape recorder. It is expensive for the product and the volume in the recorder is not very audible. I have submitted a return authorization but have not heard back. I gave it a 2 because I did receive the recorder in a timely fashion.
