1 star. Very disappointing and misleading product. These were advertised as “Alassio Suede Mules” with a suede upper, but the pair I received appears to be made from cheap synthetic/textile material and does not match the quality shown on the website. The finish and overall quality are poor. I contacted customer support requesting a full refund, but was initially offered only partial compensation and then asked to pay international return shipping. Based on my experience, the product is not as described and I would not recommend it.
