First, I wish to thank you for sending twice the X-all. It is fabulous, best cleaning product we have ever used. But that is not the best part. On the original order my computer auto put in the wrong address. X-All delivered to it. When I explained that it was never received, you sent another Free of charge. X-All is great in product quality and customer service in my book.

This is a good cleaner but doesn’t clean blackened bottom of pots or oven grills. Not as advertised as far as that goes. Good bathroom and kitchen countertop cleaner.
