quality has changed

i have always used this but the last time a customer brought this back to me 2 months later and the jute was ripping apart like material that has dry rotted. it wouldn't have been a big deal to me if it was mine but it was a new customer. needless to say i made her a new wreath with poly mesh and i was so embarrassed that i gave her back the money and gave her the new wreath for free...sadly she has never been back to me for another wreath and quite frankly i don't blame her. 1st impressions always count!

Nice weight not flimsy, you might want to wear an apron because it does shed. It was what I wanted for my wreath. I would purchase again.
