I subscribed to Our 7 when it came out because I have listened to a number of webinars hosted by Ryan Sternagle and I know that he has opted for the best quality and combination of ingredients possible. I trust Our 7 to have honest ingredients from whole food sources. Not many supplements come in glass bottles - nice! The only thing of concern is that the label shows microcrystalline cellulose, which is derived from refined wood pulp. I'd rather see something using purely vegetable capsules, but perhaps that is a small matter.

I decided to try Our 7 because of the trust I have in Ryan’s research, knowledge and integrity. I was able to remove a couple of bottles of supplements I was taking off my shelf since they are included in Our 7 at the same or higher doses. Plus it includes other things that I never thought about taking because of the expense and difficulty in finding them. I love that they are all in one capsule and I only need to take three throughput the day. This is very manageable. I especially love that they are bottled in glass—no plastic! I was concerned that the bottles might not hold up through shipping but they were expertly packaged in recyclable materials and arrived safe and sound.
