Drinking a cup right now, as I type. The flavor and aroma just pop with a bright strawberry note!!!

This and the grape co-ferment from Brayan Las Palmas are 2 of the best of the processing style that I have found. I often find co-fermented coffees to be unclean, but these are clear and bright. Not only that, but the original flavor of the strawberry comes through in the brewed cup. It's endlessly impressive to me that the producer is able to craft such a pure expression of the raw ingredients. And of course, Newbery St. roasts the coffee to perfection, making it easy to brew a fantastic cup every time on a variety of methods. Definitely give it a try!
