Horrible Installation

The shipping was quick although I received a shelf instead of threshold. Customer service was prompt and sent a new threshold. The installation was very difficult on this door with minimal direction provided. I had called prior to placing my order with a list of questions - I was aware the door did not have hinges or a handle routed which was fine but I was told that the jamb already was and it was not -installation directions also stated this was done. After installation, I have noticed a few hairline cracks in the main panels of the door where light makes its way through but I am also aware that this is a risk with a wooden door rather than a manufactured material.

Solid door

This door is beautiful and solid and was perfect for our front porch. Installation was fairly straightforward from what I could tell!
