I like my hoodie. However you have the worst customer service I have ever experience. I order on dec4 I called several times for delivery info snd left messages. I emailed several time and no response. I contacted my bank to report fraud. Only after that did I receive info from the shop app. Very coincidental. (I doubt it) I heard a few days later that my order had shipped on 12/24. No way in time for Christmas. To California with a tracking number which no one had a record of. It finally showed up on Jan 3. I will NEVER order from your company again
