Poly Bags received in a very timely manner

Received both my orders for poly bags in a very timely manner. There was a discrepancy in the way the poly bags were packaged. I commented as such to Packaging Friends and was surprised but delighted to have received an email and personal call from management explaining the reason for the packaging discrepancy which satisfied my concern.
