Loved the photos and the very detailed advice. Every aspect seems to have been covered in one way or another so my beetroot harvests should be even better next year! I am no stranger to multi sowing but this technique applied to beetroot will doubtless ensure that overlarge roots will not be produced and thus avoid complaints from the kitchen which have arisen previously.
