Great product, but took a long time to receive!

I placed the order Jan 7th and was told it would ship in a couple weeks. I reached out to them after two weeks when I did not have any shipping updates. They said they were behind in orders and it should be going out in a couple days. I finally received the keychain Feb.4th, almost 1 month after the order was placed. We are very happy with the product, arrival time...not so much.
