Motor came very quickly ,customer service is excellent. Had a question about the new motor and I received a response right away. Will definitely order from them again

I returned it because it was no longer needed. Fixed our old one. You received it on June 30 th and it is now 3 weeks and I have not received my refund. This was not a small item and I was very prompt in returning it, and I did not think I would have to wait this long for a refund. I feel this is a very poor customer experience

Had no issues replacing the burned out motor with all the parts I needed.
